About Me

My photo
I live in La, work full time and dabble in art when ever I can. I would love to be able to do my art full time--who knows, maybe one day I will. In the past year, I started doing Festivals, trying to sell my Art. It is A LOT of work, but worth it. I have met so many people with the same interests as myself.

We stopped on the way home at the dam yesterday. We only live about a half mile from the lake. It was right near sunset and it was beautiful. It was a overclouded and rainy yesterday evening and some of the pictures turned out beauful.

We have made it to Thursday. One day away from the kick-off to the weekend. I hate to wish my life away looking for weekends, but the weekend are what I really enjoy.

This weekend I probably won't get two full days in the Studio. We have plans for a date Saturday but hopefully, Sunday will be an "empty" day (meaning no plans). I would love to get up to the studio, I have so many plans for pieces formulating in my head I just want to "dig in" and start. I have so many plans, and so little time-my problem is deciding what pieces I want to start first.

I have been aching to get out an assemblage piece and I have all the components lined up for some jewelry I have been planning, I have the journal filled up with ideas for paintings and mixed medias. Where do I begin!

I don't want to sound like I am whining and I wold hate my readers to get that impression, because really ( REALLY) i'm not. I am truly blessed and I know this. I love my life and wouldn't change too many things :) if I could. I would love to stay home and spend my days in my studio but right now, that is an impossiblity. But, one day--who knows. Hope that you all have a great day. Keep Creating!! F.
